Participant Requirements
Age
Minimum age varies by activity level. Generally 12+ for beginners, 16+ for advanced.
Fitness
Moderate fitness required. Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and swim.
Health
No serious heart, back, or joint conditions. Inform operator of any health issues.
Duration
Tours range from 3-8 hours. Ensure you can commit to the full duration.
